Telephone Policy

The representation of a client is a professional relationship, but I do care about client concerns and I am always willing to talk to clients. If I am available I will take your call. If I am not available, I suggest you leave voice mail, including your return phone number, a detailed description of your request, and any times you are or will not be available, or talk to my assistant, explain the nature of your call or your question, and I will return the call, or send back an answer through my assistant.

If you need immediate attention please tell the receptionist , who will try to locate me or another attorney to assist you.

I make my cell phone number available to clients. I do not check the voice mail on my cell phone regularly, so it is better to leave voice mail at my office, which I do check regularly.
